1. Mini spigots for glass support as per approved concept (powder coated black).
2. Structural reinforcement underneath the balconies for spigots installation.
3. Installation diagram approved by structural engineer will be provided.
5. Glass fabrication, delivery and installation. 1/2" thick clear tempered safety glass. To be installed 4" in from the edge of the balcony.
6. 1 1/2" square stainless steel cap rail fabricated and installed on top of the glass panels (powder coated black). All joint connection will be welded.
