Glass sneeze guards for kitchens
Glass is a very popular material to create sneeze guards for kitchens and restaurants. Depending on the concept, it can be installed with the help of stainless steel posts or as a frameless barrier.
This sneeze guard, over twenty feet long, is installed above the countertop in a fast food restaurant. The side and top of the glass are protected with an aluminum channel.
Two types of glass
We used a combination of two different types of glass for this project. The largest part of the sneeze guard is made from laminated tempered safety glass for semi-privacy. Another part of this glass guard is made using black laminated tempered glass.
L-shaped protective barrier
This grey laminated tempered safety glass sneeze guard is installed as an L-shaped protective barrier to protect the food preparation area.
