This glass table combines an all-glass UV-bonded display top for a Star Wars collection and two storage drawers underneath for small items.

In our work we often have to combine our glazing experience with millwork. You can see the result for yourself: a large cabinet with five lockable sliding doors.

We use a unique process to attach pieces of glass together called UV bonding. Special adhesives are applied between the panes of glass and cured under UV light. The bond between two pieces of glass is very strong and can withstand a lot of static and dynamic load. For every project we select the proper adhesive type depending on product requirements.

As a unique custom glass company, we are ready to take on projects that other companies would not be interested in. Glass tops are very popular in a variety of shapes and thicknesses. They are usually resting above some kind of metal frame. But what do you think of a desk where there is nothing else but glass?

We have UV-bonded two mitered glass panels together and used this assembly as a tabletop support.

Custom glass desks are unique and can bring an extra luxury touch to your office. We specialize in the custom design and fabrication of all-glass desks and cabinets.

We listened and designed this solid masterpiece with a glass tabletop 6 feet wide and 3 feet deep. This desk is produced from 12 mm (1/2″) thick tempered safety glass. The tabletop is resting on two side glass supports.

You can choose supports for this desk to be exactly as the desk displayed on this page, or you have an option to choose identical supports on both sides.

Custom glass furniture fabrication is our specialty. We design and fabricate glass desks, console desks and custom glass cabinets. This project also included corner glass shelves that were attached without any brackets into the mirror corners.

Additionally, to complement the beautiful desk, we have fabricated a smaller side glass table in the same style, with the same 3/4″ thick extra clear glass and rounded corners on the support leg and the top. All parts of this side table are bonded together with invisible clear adhesive.

The glass office desk from Conform Glass is one of our signature products. As a custom glass furniture fabricator located in Toronto, we are glad to present this unique all-glass desk to the public.

Both desk top supports are fabricated using the glass UV-bonding method. Panes of glass are attached together with a very strong adhesive that cures under UV light. The desk top is attached to one of the supports by stainless steel standoffs and rests on top of the second L-shaped support.

This desk was fabricated for a client’s home office.

Heavy 3/4″ (19 mm) thick extra clear Starphire tempered safety glass is held together by a stainless steel tube.

V-grooving is the process of cutting a line in the shape of the letter V into the glass or mirror surface. V-groove cutting is done with the help of a CNC router. This creates a very elegant and sharp decorative pattern on the surface of the glass or mirror.
